Let's start with a confession: I overthink most things. Studies have shown that our odds of "being here" are 1 in a gazillion, so I find myself fantasizing in a land of gratitude about how to make the most out of my time here.

How do I be a better husband? a better Father? a better Businessman? a better Friend? How do I leave a legacy bigger than me? I lose sleep at night thinking of how to be better.

I'm not afraid of making mistakes or trying new things. In fact, every good thing I've ever done has been the result of exactly that. know what I'm good at. But, more importantly, I know what I'm bad at.

I believe in persistence, hard work, integrity, honesty, and doing the right thing... especially when nobody is watching. I believe there is always opportunity, even in the darkest of times. I believe in the goodness of people.

I believe it's no accident that I was blessed with a beating heart. With a brain that can think. Inside a body that can move. On a planet that's perfectly-positioned the right distance from the sun so that life can not only exist in the first place, but continue to flourish.
